I'd like to welcome you all to the South Florida Real Estate Investors Blog!

As a Real Estate Broker, I come across many real estate investment deals. I wanted to provide a means by which to promote these investments and make them available to the Investment community. Hence this blog!

Every so often, I will post deals involving properties, land, buildings, etc. Basically anything that comes my way, will be on here.

The only real disclaimer is that I obviously will not have the time to research all the deals that I post on this site. I will be posting them as I receive them. If you have questions or want additional information on something then just let me know and we can look at the deal more closely.

I'd also like to encourage you to partner with other investors on some of these deals. You may find something interesting that you feel you can't afford, but with one or two partners, you share the cost and the risk!
